i would like to know if this comes in a dvd package. are do the cd come in the mail. we have had problems with downloads.

They don’t have a dvd package. If you have problems downloading I suggest you open a support ticket. There’s a link at the bottom of their page called Support. You can then state the issue and they usually respond between 1-2 days.
